Residential Property Solicitor

Full Time: Residential Property Solicitor – Henleaze

Due to our continued success and growth during 2025, we are looking for a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record in residential conveyancing to join our well respected conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion. This is a full-time position based at our Henleaze office with opportunities to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling a broad caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds.
• Managing files independently with minimal supervision.
• Providing clear, professional advice to clients and maintaining excellent client care.
• Building strong working relationships with clients, estate agents and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies.

You need:

• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedure,
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy caseload
• Strong communication skills with a client focussed approach
• The ability to work both independently and as part of the team
