Full time: Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol
We are seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join our established and award-winning firm in our Bristol office. You will be working within a supportive, close-knit team working directly with an experienced full time Associate.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with developers, investors, lenders, and landlords/tenants on varying scales of complexity.
Areas of work include:
- Refinancing transactions
- Lease work, both landlord and tenant
- Site acquisitions, finance, and sales
- Corporate support
- Solid experience across commercial transactions
