Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Landside Reception – Meet and Greet representative to join our team at Stansted Airport. This customer-facing role involves welcoming passengers, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Enjoy complete flexibility in choosing your working days and shift times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome arriving passengers and provide assistance as needed
  • Answer phone calls and emails regarding meet and greet services
  • Process payments (cash/electronic) for additional services when required
  • Manage and distribute promotional materials and tourist information
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain effective communication with onsite staff

Essential Requirements

  • Must be aged 23 or over
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a welcoming attitude
  • Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks
  • Clean criminal record with verifiable references for past 2 years

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment

Preferred Experience

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience (advantageous)
  • Security awareness and understanding of airport protocols
  • Experience identifying and reporting suspicious activities
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (beneficial)

Pay Rate

Up to £14.17 per hour (experience-dependent)
