We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Landside Marshall to join our team at Stansted Airport. This role involves ensuring the smooth and safe movement of vehicles around the terminal while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Full training and necessary PPE will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing vehicles efficiently around the airport terminal.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting customers with queries and providing excellent service.
  • Liaising with onsite staff to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be over 23 years of age.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clean criminal record and an accountable reference covering the past two years.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organised under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in airport operations, ground handling, or transport coordination.
  • Background in security, traffic management, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with airport layouts, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in crowd management, VIP services, or special assistance programs is a plus.

Pay Rate

Up to £14.17 per hour (dependent on experience).
