About the Role

Key Requirements

###### Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in gas servicing and breakdown repairs.

###### Qualifications

Essential Gas ACS Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1.

###### Customer Service Skills

Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer care and service.

###### Technical Knowledge

Proficient in a wide range of gas appliances, particularly boilers and fires, with a strong focus on achieving a high first-time fix rate.

###### Driving Licence

A full, clean UK driving licence is required.

###### IT Literacy

Comfortable using digital job management systems, apps, or CRM tools (e.g., Onroute or similar).

###### Communication Skills

Clear, professional verbal and written communication, especially for customer-facing interactions and job reporting.

###### Time Management

Proven ability to manage time efficiently and work independently across scheduled jobs.

###### Flexibility

Willingness to participate in out-of-hours callouts or overtime if required.

###### High First Time Fix Rate

Proven track record of achieving high first-time resolution rates.

###### Vulnerable Customer Experience

Experience working in the homes of elderly or vulnerable customers, with a respectful and considerate approach.

###### Workload Efficiency

Consistently completes a minimum of 8 jobs per day.
