Are you ready to lead transformation at the heart of one of the UK’s most iconic brands? We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of PMO to shape and drive strategic initiatives across our Foods business. This is your chance to establish and lead a high-performing Programme Management Office, delivering projects that unlock efficiency, enable growth, and create future-focused solutions for our customers.

What you’ll do

  • Define and enforce governance, reporting, and risk management processes across all projects
  • Prioritise and monitor initiatives, budgets, and timelines to ensure strategic alignment
  • Build strong partner relationships and communicate progress, risks, and benefits effectively
  • Champion transformation initiatives and lead organisational change management efforts
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to drive performance and future leadership

Who you are

  • Proven experience in project/programme management, ideally within retail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and influencing capabilities
  • Deep understanding of commercial transformation and operational change, with knowledge of Agile or Prince2
