Associate and Associate Director - Fire Engineering in Glasgow

As an Associate Fire Engineer, you’ll typically be working on a variety of projects at once – from a university in Scotland to a high‑rise residential tower in London, with plenty of international work.
You’ll be running through design information, liaising with other WSP disciplines such as Facades, Acoustics and Structures, presenting designs to local authorities and the Fire Service, and helping to inform the design team about what changes could be made to increase the safety of the building.
We will assist the successful candidate toward his/her professional registration via IFE and other professional organisations.

Qualifications

You will have a BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire, Structural, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
Must have extensive experience within the fire engineering consulting industry.

This role can be based from any of our UK major offices.
