Experience Required

  • Deep understanding of customer journeys from browse to checkout.
  • Experience with checkout optimisation, payment integrations, and product discovery.
  • Success working with cross‑functional teams (BA, UX, Data, Developers, Architects).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with technical and non‑technical partners.
  • Experience with large‑scale platform migrations or system modernisation (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Define, refine, and prioritise the product backlog for features related to checkout, payments, customer journeys, browsing, search, and product discovery.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure features are broken down, understood, and delivered with quality.
  • Shape the end‑to‑end experience as the platform transitions from existing systems.
  • Collaborate with UX, BA, Data, and Architecture teams to validate requirements and align on technical solutions.
  • Continuously refine scope, roadmap, and acceptance criteria across multiple delivery phases.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and champion best‑in‑class e‑commerce journeys.
