FULL DESCRIPTION

Training Specialist in Glasgow

CK Group is recruiting for a Training Specialist (blood glucose & ketone solutions) to join a company in the medical devices industry on a contract basis for 6 months with a possible further 6 months extension. The role involves delivering expert training on blood glucose & ketone solutions to customers and supporting product launches. The role is field-based working across the central belt of Scotland, in particular Lanarkshire and Glasgow.

Salary: Paying between £185 - £240 per day PAYE.

Training Specialist Role:

  • Deliver Expert Training: Provide and record product training for internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with our client's standards.
  • Customer Support: Handle training-related inquiries, from product installation to ongoing contract support, offering occasional troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
  • On-Site Activities: Support hardware/software implementations during product launches.

Your Background:

  • Background in nursing.
  • Knowledge of Primary/Secondary Care organisations within the NHS, ideally in a hospital environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering high-quality, customised training programmes aligned with patient pathway strategies.
  • Demonstrates depth of scientific knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in a medical setting.
  • Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.
  • Passport for potential overseas training.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
