The Role
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting
- Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to deliver targeted support
- Providing 1:1 and small group assistance to help students access the curriculum
- Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous SEN experience (school-based or relevant alternative settings)
- Is passionate, patient, and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting young people
- Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for a new DBS
- This role is well suited to a Psychology Graduate or someone with personal SEN experience looking to develop a career in education
