Van Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Essex

Are you a skilled and motivated Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Join a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and take the next step in your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across Healthcare contracts in Essex and East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Emergency light testing.
  • Fire alarm testing.
  • Install and repairs.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
