Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
- Providing quotations, pricing and product information
- Processing and managing customer orders accurately
- Building strong relationships with merchants and trade customers
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Supporting External Sales with account management and follow-ups
- Managing back orders and liaising with logistics and warehouse teams
- Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
- Updating CRM / ERP systems with accurate information
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience in an Internal Sales, Sales Support, Inside Sales or Customer Service role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive, sales-focused mindset
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- CRM / ERP experience beneficial but not essential
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
