We are currently recruiting for a labourer with specific preboarding experience to join a premier new build housing development in the Louth area. About The Role:

- In this role, you will be moving beyond standard site tidying.

- You will be a key link in the production chain, ensuring that plots are perfectly prepped for the boarding teams.

- Clearing and prepping floor/wall areas specifically for boarding, ensuring the workspace is optimized for trades to move in.

- Managing the intake and internal distribution of plasterboard, insulation, and flooring components across various plots.

- Supporting the internal finishing teams to maintain a high momentum of work.

- General housekeeping to ensure a safe, organized, and professional working environment.

- Full compliance with site safety regulations and manual handling best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in a labouring role with a focus on preboarding or assisting dry liners/floor layers is a distinct advantage.

- A valid CSCS card is mandatory.

- We need someone who is physically fit, reliable, and takes pride in the organisation of a site.

- Must possess and wear full PPE at all times.
