Join our highly motivated Housing repairs team responsible for carrying out approximately 20,000 repairs to council properties each year.

Pay

Responsibilities

- Carry out building maintenance across all areas of work (excluding gas, electrics and decorating works).

- Perform day-to-day repairs and complete bathroom and kitchen refits for council properties.

- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.

Qualifications

- Considerable experience of building maintenance.

- Competent to carry out day-to-day repairs and bathroom/kitchen refits.
