The Client: Our client is one of the most prestigious brands in the world, structured as a charitable foundation with no shareholders to answer to. They seek to “perpetuate the myth”, ensuring that their dominant position within their market is sustained for the long term.

The Role: YouTube has become a central platform in our client’s overall communications strategy. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated paid media activation team that works to deliver a large volume of campaigns every year aligned with the client’s high-profile sporting and cultural sponsorships. You’ll be working with senior client stakeholders, guiding them through a changing media and tech landscape while ensuring that our paid activations deliver clear, measurable brand impact.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Media Planning: Develop paid YouTube strategies, lead upfront media planning, identify new opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, represent YouTube in client meetings, and lead quarterly reviews.
  • Leadership: Build strong client relationships, support local market activation teams, coach mid-level talent, maintain high standards of delivery, and create an inclusive culture.
  • Data & Insights: Lead on reporting and insights, ensure the team can interpret campaign reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Operations: Implement processes for quality output, own financial quality assurance, review team efficiencies, and set testing agendas.

Qualifications

Experience in paid social and specifically activating YouTube campaigns, strategy, team management, and client service. A proactive leader who champions best practice and operational excellence. Comfortable navigating complex clients and large projects. A strong collaborator who brings people together to solve problems and deliver great work.
