We are searching for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join a leading care home provider based in Leicester. This Deputy Manager opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £52,944, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.

Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:
- Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
- Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
- Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
- Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home
Criteria to apply:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
- Prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home
