We’re working with a large, well-established facilities management company who are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Joiner to join their mobile team. This is a Monday–Friday role, covering a portfolio of commercial sites. It’s an excellent opportunity for a joiner who enjoys variety, stability, and long-term career prospects within a supportive FM environment.
The Role
- Carrying out planned and reactive joinery maintenance across commercial properties
- General fabric and building maintenance including doors, frames, locks, windows and fittings
- Minor repairs, adjustments and remedial works
- Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with company standards
- Liaising with site teams and clients where required
- Accurately completing job reports and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified or time-served Joiner
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment
- Comfortable working in a mobile role across multiple sites
- Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to complete and clear a PVG check
