WELCOME TO 2026 Warehouse Sortation Operatives – Join a Charity That Makes a Difference! Looking for a role with purpose and impact? We’re hiring Warehouse Sortation Operatives to help sort and organise donated stock for charity shops. Every item you process helps raise funds for a great cause!

What You’ll Do:

  • Sort and categorise donated textiles (mainly clothing)
  • Organise other donated items as needed
  • Ensure items are ready for distribution to charity shops

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Knowledge of textile brands is a plus
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to stand for long periods
  • Safety boots required and good English communication skills

Location: Fleet, Hampshire (GU52)

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday (Day shifts) – 08:00AM - 16:30PM
