Senior Project Manager - Fabric Division
Are you an experienced Fabric Lead with a strong background in internal construction, fit-out, and refurbishment works? Our client, a well-established contractor renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance projects, is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the fabric team at their Farringdon HQ.
In this senior, site-based role, you will oversee projects up to £500,000, manage the Fabric Project Manager and wider team (including night-shift operatives), and work closely with the client, cleaning teams, and other contractors. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Fabric Project Manager and wider team, including night-shift operatives
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, cleaning teams, and WPA's to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders and be available for emergencies
- Oversee health & safety compliance and contribute to RAMS with the H&S Manager
- Apply strong fit-out experience and technical expertise across all works
- Manage in-house systems, product information, and O&M manuals
- Prepare quotations for medium-to-large projects (£5k-£500k) and support QS activities
- Interpret technical drawings and plans, and handle estimating and supplier enquiries
- Take ownership of weekly documentation, trackers, reporting, and site audits
- Maintain site assets, consumables, loading bay operations, and onsite services
- Provide prompt client responses, attend meetings, and deliver effective technical solutions
- Confidently use Excel for tracking, reporting, and project management
