You’re a vehicle wrapper who takes pride in the finish and enjoys being the one who keeps standards high. You’re naturally organised, calm under pressure, and good at bringing structure to a busy workshop. You’re hands on, but you also like guiding others, keeping work moving, and making sure the team delivers consistently. You’re comfortable travelling for installs and staying away overnight occasionally when jobs require it. You’re professional on site and take ownership of the outcome, not just the task in front of you.

Your experience

You’ve got a strong background in vehicle wrapping and vinyl graphics installation and you know what quality looks like. You’re confident wrapping a range of vehicles, prepping properly, applying vinyl cleanly, and finishing to a high standard. You work methodically, keep a tidy workspace, and you don’t rush the details that matter. You’ve also got leadership experience in some form, whether that’s running installs, supporting newer installers, checking work before sign off, or being the person people rely on when something needs sorting. You hold a clean driving licence and you’re comfortable driving a company van to sites across the UK.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role

You’ll lead a small wrap and installation team, staying hands on while setting the standard day to day. You’ll organise and support the team to keep jobs running smoothly, make sure prep and installation are done properly, and check work before sign off so quality stays consistent. You’ll help plan and run installs both in-house and on site, travelling across the UK when required, sometimes staying away overnight, and you’ll keep the workshop professional, safe and well organised at all times.
