- Support and manage Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, SQL, SCCM, SCOM, and VMware.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support, ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
- Lead or contribute to infrastructure and integration projects.
- Automate processes and improve efficiency using PowerShell scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive backend services.
