- Serve as a technical liaison between quality, engineering, and production teams, providing expert support and guidance.
- Prioritize and manage inspection tasks to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
- Conduct a range of inspections, including first-off, in-process, sub-contract, and final inspections, using visual, hand-held, CMM, and advanced measurement technologies.
- Create, validate, and maintain CMM inspection programs (Cameo or similar), ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
- Develop robust measurement setups, probing strategies, datums, and SOPs to deliver accurate, repeatable results.
- Verify alignment of drawings, CAD models, specifications, and batch cards before inspection.
- Perform first-off and first-article validations, comparing CMM results with alternative measurement methods.
- Optimize inspection programs to improve efficiency, repeatability, and cycle time while maintaining measurement integrity.

- Participate in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and maintain calibration of all inspection equipment.
- Ensure products are free from Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) per the FOD program.
- Review, interpret, and report inspection results, highlighting trends, out-of-tolerance conditions, and potential process issues.
- Accurately complete inspection records, batch cards, and reports, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and compliance with procedures and customer requirements.
- Verify only approved parts and materials are used and confirm identification marks meet specifications.
- Raise and manage Deviation Reports and Nonconformance Reports, collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Act as an authorized stamp holder and provide guidance to other inspectors on CMM programs and quality processes.
- Maintain clear communication through effective handovers, ensuring all relevant quality information is shared between shifts.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, leading by example and promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
What We Offer:
