End User Computing Manager

Full-Time

54000 - 84000 £ / year (est.)

No home office possible

Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead a small team responsible for End User Computing operations
  • Aid the team and provide coaching and guidance
  • Work to implement and define team wide KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Oversee the whole end user environment including laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers
  • Manage and track all aspects of hardware assets
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the team
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on projects
  • Support the integration of existing and emerging technologies

Core experience:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role with people management experience
  • Strong understanding of End User Services, Digital Workplace and Infrastructure
  • Previous experience managing EUC Platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to take initiative and work to problem solve
  • Self-motivated
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Microsoft qualifications or training advantageous
  • Previous experience of working in an Agile environment helpful

Please note: Due to the nature of the role, candidates wishing to be considered must be able to be on site in South West London 5 days a week.
