The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Full on-site management of high-end residential projects up to £3mil
- Experience as No.1 on site, including scheduling works and handling exclusive clients
- H&S experience with inductions, permits and RAMS
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
