Own the full lifecycle of corporate mobile devices—procurement, provisioning, support, compliance, and disposal—ensuring smooth operations and accurate asset management. We’re looking for a Mobile Device Lifecycle Manager to own the end‑to‑end journey of corporate mobile devices across Europe—covering planning, procurement, provisioning, support, asset governance, reverse logistics, and responsible disposition. You’ll partner closely with our Mobile Ops & Device Management team to keep colleagues productive and our device estate compliant and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Stock: Forecast demand, manage stock, raise requisitions, and coordinate with carrier/warehouse partners to ensure timely shipment and delivery—driving escalations to resolution when required.
- Customer engagement: Communicate with associates and hiring manager providing excellent customer service.
- Support: Triage requests via “My Mobile,” enforce policy (tasks/incidents over email), and manage service requests—including faulty returns and replacements—while maintaining SLA adherence and clear communications.
- Asset Governance: Track lifecycle states, perform secure erasure, maintain compliance.
- Reverse Logistics: Oversee field return QA and route devices for repair & reuse, return to inventory, or environmentally responsible recycling—partnering with logistics providers to streamline flow.
- Vendor Engagement: Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners; join onboarding and strategy forums.
