FULL DESCRIPTION
Digital Business Analyst in Warwick
Identify and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and support digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with Digital and Business Stakeholders
- Identify issues within current business processes.
- Redesign end‑to‑end processes and ways of working.
- Develop digital solutions that reduce friction and improve efficiency.
- Working with Business SMEs
- Define user stories, product features, and detailed business logic.
- Build SME relationships and secure buy‑in to support product adoption.
- Supporting Product Sprint Teams
- Provide clear requirements for product features.
- Support data gathering and early prototype development.
- Ensure the product continues to deliver value as it evolves.
- Analyse customer and user feedback to inform product improvements.
- Influence product design to maintain value focus.
Skills and Experience
- Experience working with SMEs and end‑users to gather, refine, and articulate product requirements.
- Skilled in stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, and synthesising insights.
- Ability to communicate product and design needs within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
Interpersonal Skills
- Able to work across multiple workstreams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Confident in identifying overlaps or gaps across portfolios.
- Passionate about digital transformation and effective business change.
Technical Expertise
- Experience delivering business change within major transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with SAFe, NG Change BMS, and the CDF framework.
- Experience working within agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement around programme and project benefits.
