Location: Hemel Hampstead
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Benefits (OTE up to £32,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday (6:30am - 3:30pm) + 1 in 4 Saturday Morning paid Overtime (8am - 12pm)
We are working with a specialist, reliable, and reputable Commercial Vehicle Company based in and around the Hertfordshire area. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to expand their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for and be part of a leading company that looks after and values its employees.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer bookings are consistently and accurately recorded.
- Answer incoming telephone calls to the site & greet all visitors to the site.
- Managing customer inspection schedules – liaising with the customer and workshop, and managing the daily diary.
- Keep customers informed of progress reports.
- Use a computerised Management System, and respond to emails from customers, contractors, and other sites.
- Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are always adhered to.
- Completing Invoicing and filing, Job cards and dealing with bookings.
As a Service Advisor, you should hold:
- Experience in the motor trade industry would be an advantage.
- Good phone manners, use of email, and computer literate.
- Full Clean Driving Licence.
- Responsive and willing to learn, receive training, and develop both yourself and those around you.
- Able to prioritise your own workload and support the team.
- Excellent relationship skills with both colleagues and customers alike.
