The predicted salary is between 25 - 30 £ per hour.

Location: Nottingham

Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary: Temp-Perm position starting with £12.21 p/h

Full, clean driving licence required

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Nottingham branch as a Recruitment Resourcer. If you are looking to take your first step into recruitment while building strong admin and coordination skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

What the Role Involves:

• Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate sourcing and admin
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Screening and speaking to potential candidates
• Booking interviews and updating records
• Assisting with onboarding and compliance checks
• Managing PPE stock and preparing starter packs
• Delivering PPE to site when required
• Maintaining a positive relationship with workers and site teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong admin and organisation skills
• Confident communicator - both written and verbal
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in admin, customer service, or coordination is a plus
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
