[Employer hidden] are working in partnership with our client, a reputable property Management Consultancy, to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to join their busy team to cover projects in an area encompassing Harlow, Cambridge and Ipswich. This is a 3 days per week role.

About the role

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out surveys to assess the condition of housing stock.
• Developing, monitoring, and delivering planned maintenance and investment programmes.
• Preparing specifications, schedules of works, and cost estimates.
• Managing contracts and ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Working closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues to ensure minimal disruption and excellent customer service.
• Supporting the asset management strategy to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
