Childrens Support Worker
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team to work in our Residential Homes across the North East UK, including Gateshead, Newcastle and Durham.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract.
As an Agency Support Worker you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply (essential)
- Have the right to work in the UK (essential)
- Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired)
- Have 12 months prior experience in a UK healthcare setting (essential)
- Have experience working with Children and Young People
- Have a level 3 in Children and young people

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children is preferable.
- Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication is advantageous.
- A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties.
- An understanding of care plans and the ability to adapt them as needed is highly desirable.
