Stores Operative
Are you an organised, reliable individual with a keen eye for detail? We’re working with a leading construction related business that is looking for a Stores Operative to join their team on a Temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available to start and looking to work with a really great team. The role sits within a fast-paced environment and requires a methodical thinker and confident communicator who takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
- Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring inventory records are up to date.
- Ordering stock as and when needed.
- Supporting the wider team to meet operational targets.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment (desirable but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills for stock management systems.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
