The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced PPM Manager / PPM Scheduling Lead to take ownership of planned maintenance delivery across a national, multi-site portfolio. Working for a well-established and growing technical maintenance provider, you will be responsible for ensuring all PPM activity is planned, compliant and delivered efficiently. This is a key operational role, combining people management, system ownership and performance oversight. You’ll be managing a team of multi-disciplined Engineers, Subcontractors and CAFM systems to make sure maintenance happens on time, to standard, and in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Planning and overseeing all PPM activity across a national portfolio
- Managing PPM schedules, asset data and tasks through CAFM and client systems
- Coordinating multi-trade engineers and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance across statutory disciplines (electrical, mechanical, fire, water, lifts)
- Monitoring SLAs and KPIs, identifying issues and driving improvement
- Producing reports and supporting internal audits and client reviews
- Maintaining accurate documentation including RAMS, permits and schedules
- Mentoring and supporting a small scheduling / planning team
- Improving efficiency, consistency and engineer utilisation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing PPM through CAFM systems
- Strong background in PPM scheduling and coordination
- Experience managing a multi-disciplined team of Engineers
- Experience managing teams and influencing service delivery
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, RAMS and maintenance planning
- Comfortable working with electrical and mechanical environments
- Ability to analyse KPIs and performance data
- Organised, proactive and confident operating in fast-paced FM environments
- Experience with multi-trade, national scheduling
- JobLogic experience desirable but not essential
