The Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help manage the IT systems that power our AI-driven healthcare tools. You’ll get to work with a mix of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, including platforms like AWS and Hetzner. Along the way, you’ll expand your knowledge of medical systems, security protocols, and cloud migrations – all in a supportive environment where learning is encouraged. You’ll also play a direct role in supporting the technology behind patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with servers, networks, and storage systems that support medical imaging and health records
- Get involved in cloud integration projects, helping move key systems to platforms like AWS
- Keep our systems secure and up-to-date, learning the ins and outs of healthcare IT compliance
- Support colleagues across the business with everyday tech needs, from M365 to hardware setup
- Monitor performance, suggest improvements, and be part of an on-call rota for critical systems
