The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with a range of SEND on a one-to-one and small-group basis
• Providing personal care support where required
• Assisting students who rely on non-verbal communication methods
• Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
• Supporting learning and emotional development in line with individual education plans
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEND, either in a paid role or through extensive personal experience
• Willingness and confidence to carry out personal care duties
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience supporting pupils using non-verbal communication
• A professional, patient, and empathetic approach
