SEN Teaching Assistant in Wood Green

SEN Teaching Assistant
The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with a range of SEND on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Providing personal care support where required
- Assisting students who rely on non-verbal communication methods
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
- Supporting learning and emotional development in line with individual education plans
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEND, either in a paid role or through extensive personal experience
- Willingness and confidence to carry out personal care duties
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Experience supporting pupils using non-verbal communication
- A professional, patient, and empathetic approach
