The Role

This is a trainee role with a delivery-first pathway into a 360 recruitment consultant position. You’ll start by learning recruitment properly:

- Sourcing and engaging candidates

- Supporting live roles in regulated infrastructure markets

- Building candidate pipelines and market knowledge

- Learning compliance, process and quality standards

Sales responsibility is introduced gradually as you develop.

Training & Progression

- Director-led coaching and mentoring

- Structured in-house training plus online learning support

- Clear, earned progression into a 360 consultant role

Progression is based on capability and consistency, not time served.

Earnings & Benefits

- £25,500 starting salary (Potentially higher depending on experience)
