Hotel Contracting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager to join a well established and forward thinking travel company based in London. The Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hotels and hospitality partners worldwide. Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager Duties:

  • Source and negotiate static, dynamic, and consortia contracts with hotels, resorts, and villas.
  • Secure exclusive rates, upgrades, amenities, and flexible terms for high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.
  • Arranging promotional packages for peak seasons, last-minute sales, or events.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with hotel sales and revenue teams.
  • Identify and onboard new luxury hotels, boutique properties, and unique stays in key destinations.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums (e.g., ILTM, Virtuoso Hotel specific events).
  • Drive collaborations for joint marketing campaigns, FAM trips, and exclusives.
  • Benchmark contracted rates against competitors and online platforms to ensure competitiveness.
  • Monitor destination trends, upcoming hotel openings, and brand repositioning.

Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager – Essential Requirements:

  • Similar experience within contracting & partnership management within a travel company is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
