Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment? Join a leading industrial power systems organisation as a Transport Planner, where you'll play a key role in planning and managing global customer shipments. Full training in global export regulations will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the shipping of customer orders to a global network of distribution and OEM partners

Liaise with internal departments (Customer Services, Warehouse, Transportation) and external customers

Complete export documentation, including proformas, labels, and shipping notes

Coordinate with customers and carriers to arrange and ensure timely bookings

Facilitate the freight invoice process, managing carrier invoices through to payment and resolving exceptions

Support time-sensitive deadlines and business needs, which may require flexible working hours to ensure shipments leave on time

Essential Skills:

Ability to use initiative and resolve problems independently

Strong organisational and administration skills

Positive team contributor

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

High attention to detail, especially under pressure

Preferred Skills:

Experience using SAP

Knowledge of export regulations

Customs warehouse experience
