Demand & Scheduling Planner in Oxford

In this role, you will support the effective planning, forecasting, scheduling and reporting of all UK GMP production to meet the requirements of the Global S&OP process in line with operational, commercial and financial goals, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: - Analysing supplier order confirmations in line with demand and highlight any areas of concern/escalations to the Supply Chain Planning Team - Completing financial forecasting/budget database/batch release tracker and client order trackers as required, ensuring data integrity and accuracy from S&OP process - Generating data analysis/reports as required - Actioning the inventory transactions required to maintain optimum levels of client safety stock - Creating and maintaining SOPs to document the activities of the demand & scheduling function We are looking for: - Proficiency in Excel - Proven Supply Chain experience (preferred) - Professional qualifications in supply chain/materials management (preferred) - Knowledge of forecasting/planning/scheduling & supply chain activities - Previous use of planning/materials management systems (ERP)
