Land Manager in Cardiff

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are collaborating with a leading name in the UK renewable energy industry on the growth of their project development team. This company has been a mainstay in the space for over a decade and has built up a highly successful team covering the full project lifecycle from inception to the operation of utility solar and battery storage projects. They are currently looking to add a Land Manager to their development team who will be responsible for covering the key land transaction aspects of a project as well as managing crucial landowner relationships throughout the development process. In this role, experience in the latter stages of the land transaction is needed, which would include elements of progressing projects through the land option and into the lease agreements, as well as elements involved in the construction phase where land access rights such as wayleaves and easements come into play. This role is an initial 12 month FTC with the idea being a permanent role on conclusion of this period. It would also be a remote position.
