We are on the hunt for a Director of Client Development to join our Portsmouth-based team, serving the construction industry with top-tier IT systems and payroll solutions. We need someone who lives for building relationships, thrives on networking, and is ready to hustle seven days a week to grow our client base. This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to shine as the entrepreneurial force driving our success!
You will start by leveraging your existing senior relationships in the construction sector to introduce our services and generate profit quickly. That profit will fund hiring your first team member to create an A-player squad, with plans to scale and replicate. This is a full-time, entrepreneurial role where you will hit the phones, network across construction sites, present to senior board level directors, attend networking sporting events, and occasionally stay over for late nights after a few drinks. Confidence, a proven sales track record in construction, and solid industry connections are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing senior relationships in the construction sector to introduce our services and generate profit quickly.
- Use that profit to hire your first team member and build an A-player squad, with plans to scale and replicate.
- Hit the phones, network across construction sites, present to senior board-level directors, attend networking sporting events, and occasionally stay late on site.
