We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Sales / Account Manager to lead sales growth in the UK Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) market. This role will focus on building strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab managers, procurement stakeholders, and hospital administrators, while driving adoption of our innovative cardiovascular technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong clinical understanding of PCI with a proven track record in medical device sales, business development, and key account management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Drive sales of company’s PCI product portfolio within target NHS and private hospital accounts across the UK.

- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, hospital procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.

- Deliver clinical and commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and case support in cath labs.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.

- Build strong reference sites and clinical champions to accelerate adoption.

- Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence to inform strategy.

- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and training teams to ensure best-in-class customer support.

- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, sales forecasts, and account plans.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences, biomedical engineering, business, or related field preferred).

- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular devices.

- Strong knowledge of PCI procedures, cath lab workflows, and NHS procurement processes.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and travel extensively within the UK.

- Established relationships with interventional cardiologists and cath lab stakeholders highly desirable.

- High drive to succeed and achieve goals.
