Wellbeing Practitioner

Do you have a passion for improving community wellbeing and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Welbeing Practitioner to join our dedicated Public Health Directorate. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver health and wellbeing programmes that support individuals and communities across the Island. From one-to-one sessions to group workshops, you’ll help people build healthier lifestyles, working on areas like emotional wellbeing, nutrition, and physical activity.

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver health and wellbeing programmes that support individuals and communities across the Island. From one-to-one sessions to group workshops, you’ll help people build healthier lifestyles, working on areas like emotional wellbeing, nutrition, and physical activity. You’ll collaborate with a small, friendly team and engage with wider stakeholders to reduce health inequalities and promote a ‘Health in All Policies’ approach. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in health or community services who thrives in a people-focused role and wants to be part of a forward-thinking team driving real public health impact.
