Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about helping people and their pets?
Our independent small-animal practice is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to become an important part of our front-of-house team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering phones and providing a warm, professional first point of contact.
- Greeting and assisting clients at reception.
- Managing the appointment diary and coordinating daily schedules.
- Processing payments and handling administrative tasks.
- Supporting the clinical team with a smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Using practice management software (essential: good computer skills).
About You:
- Confident, calm, and compassionate with both clients and their pets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working on computers and learning new systems.
- Experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.

Hours:
Full-time
Rotating shifts (8:30–5:00 or 11:00–7:00)
1-in-4 Saturdays
