Responsibilities include daily documentation, supporting service users, and delivering care on a 1:1 basis. The role requires experience with learning disabilities, autism, and various mental health diagnoses. Day shifts are available.

We are in urgent need of dedicated Mental Health HCA to join our esteemed team.
Requirements
- All relevant right-to-work documentation
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mental Health HCA in the UK
- Be willing to attend and/or complete regular training and supervision to ensure high standards of care and clinical competency.
- Good knowledge and experience with Learning disabilities and autism
- Experience with various mental health diagnosis including but not limited to psychosis and EID
- Are willing to help client with housekeeping and are okay with pets
The Role involves
- Daily documentation
- Supporting service users to access the community
- Deliver care on a 1:1 basis in accordance with the clients person-centered care plan.
- Physical and emotional resilience to support individuals in distress
- Promote comfort, safety, emotional wellbeing, and social engagement.
