- Be willing to attend and/or complete specialist training
The Role involves
- Daily documentation
- Following a person-centred care plan
- Working within an MDT
- Supporting service users to access the community (Package dependent)
Shift Options
- Days – 08:45-15:15
- Nights – 23:00-08:00/22:00-07:00/21:30-07:30
- Full Time/Part time/Bank
