Job Description
As a Systems/Business Analyst at VINCI, you will play a pivotal role in working with stakeholders across the business to identify and capture technological requirements. You will lead on designing integrated, future-proof solutions that align with business needs, ensuring that all IT development supports the company's strategy and governance procedures. This role encompasses aspects of Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Test Management.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to capture current and future technological requirements
- Lead the design and development of technology solutions, ensuring integration and sustainability
- Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and proofs of concept for new solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with strategy and governance procedures
- Perform business functional and non-functional requirements analysis and documentation
- Support system and user acceptance testing for successful solution deployment
- Provide training workshops and sessions to promote best use of solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with data protection and security standards
- Support the mobilisation of new business projects and ensure smooth handover to BAU operations
- Report project status, challenges, and progress to key stakeholders
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and solution architecture principles
- Experience in system integration and IT project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse and document business requirements effectively
- Experience working within an ITIL environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP4HANA (finance modules) and Causeway Project Accounting (desirable)
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in IT, Business Analysis, or related field
