Training Specialist
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes in IT, cybersecurity, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored training sessions on IT systems, cybersecurity practices, and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop interactive learning materials, workshops, and online courses.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align training with business and community needs.
- Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback to support growth.
- Organise and host training events, workshops, and seminars.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep training content relevant.
- Promote digital inclusion through outreach and community engagement initiatives.
- Collect feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity concepts, and/or digital marketing tools.
- Experience designing and delivering interactive training sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences with varying skill levels.
Desirable Skills:
- Professional training certifications (e.g., CIPD, CompTIA CTT+).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Knowledge of Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001 standards.
- Experience working with non-profits, SMEs, or community organisations.
