Responsibilities

• Adherence to all organisational polices, management systems and standard operating procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, safety, environmental and Quality

• Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering

• Skim walls and ceilings

• Tape and join where required

• Using basic hand tools.

• Mixing plaster

• Ensuring PODS are to the correct tolerances meeting standards and specifications.

• Strong manual dexterity

• Contributing to continuous improvement activities.

• Experience of working to tight deadlines and changing priorities.

• The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings/SOP’s.

• Experience working collaboratively in a team to achieve common goals.

• The ability to take a methodical and systematic approach to your work.

• Effective communication skills.

• Maintain accurate documentation in relation to the process

• Report/escalate process issues through the appropriate channels

• Report/escalate quality issues through the appropriate channels

• Ensure a high level of housekeeping is maintained at all times

• Maintain polite and good communication with colleagues at all times

• Any other task deemed reasonable by supervision/Management

Skills/Abilities

• Minimum of 3 years plastering experience

• Knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologies

• Physically capable to handle and move various materials

• Good level of numeracy and literacy

• Working knowledge of health and safety practises
