We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Support Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to begin their career in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- First Line Support – Responding to client inquiries via in web, telephone and email, identifying their issues, and providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Supplier Management – Reporting faults to suppliers, following up on solutions, and maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Team Support – Collaborating with the wider [Employer hidden] team on various projects to enhance our services and client experience.
- Data Analysis – Analysing client datasets to identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations based on insights, and supporting the implementation of data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly. - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. - This is a full-time position, and candidates must be available to work standard business hours.
