Our graduate full stack engineers become immersed in our proprietary codebase. All of our systems are built in-house, giving graduates plenty of opportunity to use their creativity and problem solving early in their [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] career.
Graduates who join our Platform and Tech Ops teams soon discover the extent of our estate. Working closely with users and other teams, they help create a scalable, stable environment that supports our business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We have an evolving group of graduates who work together closely to support each other in their education and roles. Despite working in different teams, common tools and techniques are used so collaborating to solve problems or create opportunities is key. We believe one of the best ways to develop is to help others.
All our graduates go through extensive and on-going training to expand their knowledge and thinking. From clean coding and .NET fundamentals through to AWS, CI/CD tooling and Kubernetes clusters, you will get the learning to excel in your role .
Our graduates are also buddied up with a mentor and other graduates from across the company to support progress and knowledge development. This includes spending time with business stakeholders to understand their business processes and strategic objectives.
